Front Squat Ladder EMOM

  • 1 Burpee
  • 1 Front Squat 135/95

Rest 3 Mins, then…

Shoulder Press Ladder EMOM

  • 1 Burpee
  • 1 Shoulder Press 115/85

Rest 3 mins, then

Deadlift Ladder EMOM

  • 1 Burpee
  • 1 Deadlift 245/65

*Reps increase for each exercise EMOM by 1 rep until you can no longer complete said work during the minute, rest 3 mins, to include changing weights & begin next ladder
