Tad

Coaching comes natural to Tad. He has coached high school football for 17 years. Tad started Crossfit in 2012 and has been drinking the Kool-Aid ever since. He became a Level 1 in 2017 and joined Crossfit Frankfort in 2022. 

Tad was a member of the coaching staff at Emerald Coast Crossfit in Panama City beach, and was the head boy’s and girls weightlifting coach at Tohopekaliga High School in Orlando. Along with those duties Tad also served as head of Strength and Conditioning at Arnold High School and Tohopekaliga High School. He now has the same role in Own County High School. 

Crossfit is a family activity for Tad. Tad’s wife Ashley is an active member at Crossfit Frankfort and his son Maxwell can be found doing his own workouts when Tad is coaching.
